"There are many choices when it comes to a contact database manager [CRM] and people will tell you that the most important thing with regards to having a contact database manager [CRM] is to simply have one. I agree that it is a vital system for your business, but there is a difference in the level of service you receive from these different systems.
One of my favorite things about AddressTwo (used by over 100 Cutco Representatives) is the willingness to go the extra mile for their clients, walking them through steps, and spending as much time as needed until you understand fully the answer to your question. The customer service is excellent to say the least.
The AddressTwo CRM system is user friendly so it doesn't take long to figure things out, and if there is something you want it to do and it won't, chances are they will implement that tweak to the system almost immediately. AddressTwo's team has the knowledge and intuition to be able to do it and have an attitude of constant growth to get it just the way you want it. I don't see the need to spend more money on this part of the business than necessary, and with these guys, you get more than you pay for, so that's always a good deal in my book!" - Jamie King
