Do You Have a Customer Retention Service in Place?

Getting qualified leads is one thing; retaining those leads as clients is another.

Having systems in place to help you to keep track of your conversations, emails, and meetings is very beneficial to retaining a good working customer relationship.

I for one did not have this system in place for a long time! Using Excel Sreadsheets to track calls and emails and having a million post-it’s on my desk. What a hassle. But now that I have AddressTwo, Send Social Media and Trello – I am better able to track myself and my team.

AddressTwo is an amazing CRM (Customer RelationshipManagement System) that not only stores my clients and prospetcs, but also sets reminders for me; when to follow up, next meeting, transactions, sales, etc. I can even send an Email Blast to a list within my account, no need to BCC 200+ people.

Send Social Media is a great platform for me to use when I want to schedule social network posts, follow up, quick emails, and reports for my clients. I have keyword monitoring setup in my SEND account that allows me to follow and track what is being said about my brand, my clients brand, and more.

Trello is a great tool that my team and I use to track progress of onboarding clients, by creating “Boards” with check dates. This is a very easy to use tool that helps a team keep track of the “who” and “what” visually. (Please note: this is not as robust as the AddressTwo capabilities ofadding Tasks.)

These are the tools that I have in place for myself and my company to ensure that we are on top of our tasks, conversations, and due dates. They have helped me tremendously! I suggest you look into them too!
